Authorization For Payroll Deduction of Teacher CFT Dues

I reserve the right to revoke this authorization by written notice to the Cincinnati Federation of Teachers’ office during a thirty (30) day period ending February 15 of each year. Such notice shall be transmitted promptly to the Treasurer of the Cincinnati Board of Education. Any cancellation of dues deduction by a teacher shall become effective as of the following September 1 of the year when cancellation is requested. Dues paid to Cincinnati Federation of Teachers may not be deductible for federal income tax purposes; however under limited circumstances, dues may qualify as a business expense.
